  • What is your favorite thing about the company? Our people. They are incredible! I love being in the office or the plant and seeing smiling faces and good attitudes!
  • What’s the culture like? The culture is family rooted and everyone works like they care. We work hard but have a ton of fun too. I love it.
  • What does customer service look like to you? Customer service embedded in our culture from top to bottom. It’s anyone who’s willing to go above and beyond for the customer. That extra sauce could include finding better and more cost-effective products, shipping an order quicker than stated, and responding to customers and vendors in a timely fashion.
